About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Business Growth Executive to join our team at EaseCloud for a 3-month contract-based position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for B2B sales and business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our business expansion efforts through strategic outreach, lead generation, and email marketing campaigns. This role offers a hybrid work model, combining flexibility with the chance to be part of a high- impact team.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Sales Outreach: Assist in identifying and targeting potential business clients. Develop and execute strategies for outbound sales, including cold emailing, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
- Lead Generation: Research potential leads through various channels (online research, industry reports, LinkedIn, etc.). Assist in nurturing leads and turning them into long-term business opportunities.
- Email Campaigns: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at generating interest and conversions. This includes writing personalized emails, A/B testing subject lines and content, and optimizing email responses.
- CRM Management: Input and update lead and client information into the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of communication, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing insights that help shape business strategies.
- Reporting: Generate weekly or bi-weekly reports on sales activities, leads, email campaign performance, and other relevant metrics. Present findings to senior business development executives.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of business growth initiatives.
Required Skills
- B2B Sales: Basic knowledge of B2B sales cycles and strategies. Ability to understand client needs and present relevant solutions.
- Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar). Familiarity with drafting email content and optimizing campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling emails and presentations. Attention to detail is essential.
- CRM Tools: Basic experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to track interactions and manage leads.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decisions (e.g., email open rates, conversion rates, etc.).
- Proactive Attitude: A self-starter with a proactive attitude towards problem- solving and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related role (internships or part-time work may also be considered).
- Hands-on experience with email campaigns, outreach, or CRM systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Language: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Additional languages are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email marketing platforms. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools is a bonus.
Work Environment
- Hybrid Model: Work both remotely and in the office in Lahore. Flexibility in managing your schedule is encouraged, but candidates should be able to work effectively in both environments.
